Pareve Mashed Potatoes (small)

Some people (like us) just love mashed potatoes, and have to have them with all holiday meals. These mashed potatoes are made with russet potatoes, boiled until fork tender, run through a ricer so there will be no lumps, and seasoned just right. They are vegan, parve, and gluten free.
